What types of exercises will you do?

The types of exercises and activities will depend on your current level of fitness and what your goals are (i.e. lose weight, tone up), but generally they will include a variety of toning, strength, core and cardio exercises. We also offer a range of Pilates based services dependant on your needs. All equipment is provided.
